I completely understand what you guys are saying about the 3 hanghang, but lets be honest with ourselves family is far more important and if it were me that was being reunited I would not care about any number of hanghang

Hanghang are not the begining and end of life, friends, family and laughter are far more important in my eyes A bit serious I know and for those who know me from hang -music days will think this is a bit deep for rob lol and i know that the 3 hanghang thing was more of a uplifting idea than fact but im just wanting to say that in this mixed up handpan/hanghang world we can all get mixed up with the emotion and ideas behind musical steel and sometimes forget what true life is about, Yes recieving a hang, bell or halo is a great and powerful thing but to overshadow a family reunion with a piece of steel that makes noise in my eyes takes away the greatness and excitment of reuniting a family. I would gladly give my hang away if it meant keeping my friends and family.

Please dont take offence anyone i am not pointing fingers or saying who is right or wrong or that what has been said is a bad thing ( as i know it was not to overshadow this great news), but from my personal experience hanghang and other such like creations have in the past taken over my world with there ideas, morrals arguments, and dissagrement so much so that it was all i could think about, and it pushed my family to one side at times, which i have learnt is not a good thing....(hence my distance from the online world for a while)

take the hangout for example myself and kelly formed the weekend to celebrate the hang and all things hang, in my eyes this view has changed for me the hangout is still about celebrating the hang but for me its more about the friendships i have made via this weekend, some of which i hold very dear to my heart and mean much more to me than the hang itself

so

Viva la hang but lets not forget:
