Hang on Ebay - scam?

Hello lovely handpanners of the world,

Saw this Hang listed on Ebay. Photo/description look legit but the seller has a zero rating and wants potential buyers to contact direct to his email rather than through Ebay, so alarm bells are ringing. No sound recording or link to any vids. Also offering a very low buy-it-now price for an 'as new' Hang, which seems a bit suspect.

Apologies for questioning if seller is valid, but just wanted to check what you all think. I'm panless and I bow to your superior knowledge

It's now been removed, so I guess that either someone bought it for the BIN price or it was a scam...

Anytime you see an eBay listing that asks potential buyers to contact them via private email off of eBay .. It isa 100% Scam .

This one being the latest in a long line of them. Occasionally two or three will show up at once .

Once in a while a legitimate hang will show up in eBay but most hang auctions are scams so definitely be cautious and never ever respond to an auction with the JPEG image that say " please don't bid , the but it now price is ... " etc
