Yes the fundamental tuning is better, but the harmonics are still all over the place. Needs linotune for sure!

Hello everyone,

Now the cat's out of the bag it's time to set the record straight.

First i would like to apologize for any miss representation or confusion regarding the instruments in this thread.
Also I would like to thank all of you for your constructive criticism and honest opinions regarding my prototypes. My name is Manny and i am the maker of these instruments you see here. It is not my desire to provide anyone with instruments for resale purposes nor am i affiliated with anyone trying to do so. All handpans made by me so far are prototypes and are clearly experimental workings. I have made 9 handpans for others in the last 6 months since i have begun this beautiful journey, and i would like to express my gratitude to these people. I would not have come as far as i have without your love and support!. The reason why i am offering my prototypes to people is not for monetary gain, but only to provide the tools and the free time necessary to achieve a better instrument. I have requested that recipients of my handpans be discreet about my workings because i know i am not ready for any sort of release and my skills are not fully developed. It's my goal in the future to provide people with another way to obtain the love , light, and healing energies handpans have to offer . I put my heart and soul into every blow of my hammer, my blood, sweat, and tears into every curve of the steel. I believe i have found my calling and i will not give up. EVER!

On a second note, Please be forgiving to my friend at hard rock hippie drums for being so defensive. He knows my passion for these instruments and is only trying to support my love and growth. -though i must say i do agree that a non nitrided prototype handpand should not be sold for anything near $1600 nor should it be resold at all!

I have had the pleasure of playing one of spikes instruments. In my opinion they are simply amazing! The tones they produce fill the space around them with beauty, love and light!!!!!
