MePan / Handpans for Sale ?????

Hi there...
as I found no thread about "MePan" on this forum, I'd like to ask, if this website has already been discussed somewhere.

The website "Handpans for Sale" and the company "MePan" seem rather strange to me... like a bad joke

Much on this site is very implausible.

The opinions of quite a number of players are quoted there. But they seem to be faked... ridiculous, not trustworthy !
Examples :

Manu Delago (hang player): MePan will give me the opportunity to play on 10 or 15 instruments simultanously.

Gerald (site owner of handpan.org): If the MePan is as good as announced, we will open a MePan House on handpan.org very soon.

Davide Swarup: I’m proud that Teddy King asked me to become an endorser of the MePan.

Curt Ceunen (handpan player): When I saw it on Facebook I thought that Handpans for Sale is just another “flipping company”.
But the MePan convinced me, that Teddy King’s work is an excellent contrubution to our community.

Yeah, dont pay attention to that site if you want to get a Handpan.

Its supposed to be only for fun and most of the things are fake!! If you want a real site where it gathers the handpans to sell at the moment check it out this: http://www.handpansmagazine.com/p/hang- ... -sale.html

But theres for sure someone around here that can explain better what this really is!

Back then it took me a long time to realize it was a prank... but it was a period of intensive scamming.
