Panart Hang Minor Penta scam?

Browsing through finn.no (Norway's eBay) I found this:

The price is low, the grammar is bad, everything smells fishy.
Do you guys recognize these photos?

I don't want to report it before I know for sure, but I'm sensing this is a scam.

I'll report it right away. The Hang is very rare here in Norway, I just know one other person here who owns one, so I figured it was my responsibility to check this out, as a lot of people might get burned.

I got a reply from the seller. He said it was "in stock" and sent me this link:

One thing I've never quite understood - how does this scam work? You send your money, it gets deposited by the seller or somebody else, and you never see your pan nor hear from the seller again! Or, if a fight develops, "What money? You never sent me any."
