Is this a scam?

There is a fake ad for Halo's in just about every city using backstage.com.
Google pantheonSteel and a price of 1800,1900,2000,2100, or 2200 and you will find these ads easily.
If it seems too good to be true, then it is most likely is a scam.

Hi JeremyD, I imagine you found this the same way I came across these ads yesterday (but I did not mention them here, good idea that you did)--by googling who was writing "Halo helment" instead of "Halo helmet".

Every so often I check to see if anybody locally has a acquired a handpan but is not on the forum, so I google and type in handpan Austin and pantheon steel Austin and that is how I stumbled across these ads.

I just came across the same scam! The offer was $2000 for a first generation Hang. Even though this seems to good to be true I still inquired. I received a few pictures and was offered the escrow deal with free shipping and 10 days to inspect the product. I google searched the pictures the guy sent me and found several listings for the same Hang, some dating back to 2011!

I cant say for sure but I believe that if were not part of this community I may have fallen for this.
