Sale on Handpan instruments/Ebay that seem leggit

His pan seems out of tune and he has not asked Sean from Symphonic Steel about selling his instrument.
What do we do with that?

For some of the seller's on reason, I trying not to care about that stuff anymore, someone will snag that. Now if it where a Ciltic Minor I would have pounced on it.
