And they have a Premium List :

So if I understand well you can give them $100 in advance to confirm you own a Paypal account and get priority on their mailing list (refunded if you buy a "hand drum" from them - if they ever show you one...). The only thing I don't understand about this Sagittarius/Compraventahandpan/Hand Pan Drum US mafia is why they still bother making instruments... Unless they want to cash in from their waiting list and disappear ?
