The tones have a marvellous warm mood + are sounding already by minimil touch. Each tone is tuned in harmony with all tones, so you cannot hit any false tone.
The region of each tone is sounding in the pitch of the original tone while the fourth + the fifth of the tone are audible as overtones.
The basic tuning is related to A=440 Hertz. This allows an accorded playing together with different instruments.

No video, probably stolen text ("we offer a tuning service in Germany" -- for a used handpan that is resold in Sweden, really ?), £9.80 of shipping fees and the best is the seller's quote about condition : "No Dings No Scratches!"

Highly suspicious. Can't exclude language issues but as the seller has zero feedback I wouldn't put a cent on it.
Hopefully before it sells.. then we see..
